The Best Of The Sporting Goods Industry |
![]() Flint Creek Ranch was established in 1985 as a cattle and whitetail deer operation. However, in 1991 we decided to devote all of the ranches assets to developing one of the top whitetail managed ranches in Central Texas. Today after seventeen years of intensified management, Flint Creek Ranch has grown and developed the genetics to the point where it can generate harvesting 60 to 70 whitetail a year. Many of Flint Creek's management bucks are harvested by youngsters and adults that have never taken a deer before. Besides the whitetail management operation, Flint Creek has numerous man-made lakes and ponds. Every lake is managed for certain species of fish, but our primary management plan is to grow trophy F-1 black bass. Just like the hunting operation, the fishing program is carefully managed. Our fishing program caters to the youngsters and first time fisherman as well. We have had numerous young people catch their very first copper nose perch, black bass and catfish at Flint Creek. In addition to the hunting and fishing, Flint Creek also host several Boy Scout troops each year. The majority of scouts leave with their shooting merit badges after spending time at our gun range. The scouts can be heard saying that the weekend they spend here is the best outdoor experience they have ever had. Flint Creek Ranch is a very popular place to hold meetings, with meetings often lasting all day in our lodge, followed by a great Texas meal and an evening of scouting for deer or fishing for the big one. The "Polish La Quinta" has eight suites, each with a king, full and twin size bed. No one ever goes to bed and has trouble sleeping. Flint Creek really is a slice of heaven in beautiful Bosque County Texas. ![]() ©2004 - 2012 Murski-Breeding Sales Company, Inc. All Rights Reserved
